Alhamdulillah, i have finally bought my own double-storey house at age 25 which it has been one of my dreams' life. Therefore, here some tips for friends that seeking for a house to buy. Remember, the list and tips are ONLY based by my own experiences. This post is just wanna to share my experiences in surveying, checking, evaluating, decision making, financing and everything related. It took me about 1 year in ensuring my investment to my own assets is worth; for my future and hope that this posts will ease your way in searching for your first house ya friends. :)

2nd siMpLE mEnU : sAUsAgEwRaP

DateTime : 08th December 2017 0600
Serving : 1 person

Ingredients:
[a] 2 tablespoon of Naturel's olive margarine
[b] Stir 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and Maggie's seasoning
[c] Dice 1/2 jalapeno
[d] 3 Ayamas's chicken sausages
[e] 1 small mug of Lady's Choice mayonnaise
[f] 3 pinch of black pepper salt
[g] 1 Missimo's onion wrap
[h] 1 glass of water
[i] 1 small mug of chili sauce

Methods:
1. Heat up the pan with [a].
2. Place [b] inside the pan and heat it half-cooked.
3. Add in [c] inside the pan.
4. Lower the heat and scramble the eggs as needed.
5. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
6. Boil up the [d] around 3 minutes.
7. Release the steam and allow to cool.
8. Spread a thin layer of [e] and [f] on top of [g].
9. Pile on top with scrambled eggs and the sausages. 
10. Place inside the microwave up to 5 minutes, side by side with [i].
11. Served warm along with [i].

Addition:
- You may use another brands of products.
- You may grill the sausage instead of steam it.
- You may add on cheese or mozzarella.
- You may serve with thousand islands sauce.
- You may alter this menu as your wish.

DateTime : 07th December 2017 0600
Serving : 1 person

Ingredients:
[a] 2 tablespoon of Naturel's olive margerine
[b] Mince 2 pieces of chicken burger 
[c] Dice 1 jalapeno and tomatoes
[d] Stir 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of mayonies
[e] 1 tablespoon of Maggie's seasoning
[f] 1 small mug of Lady's Choice mayonies
[g] 1 Missimo's onion wrap
[h] 1 piece of cheese
[i] 1 small mug of mozarella
[j] 3 pinch of black pepper salt
[k] 1 glass of water
[l] 1 small mug of black pepper sauce

Methods:
1. Heat up the pan with [a].
2. Place [b] inside the pan and heat it half-cooked.
3. Add in [c] inside the pan.
4. After 1 minutes, add [d] and [e] inside the pan.
5. Lower the heat and stirring as needed.
6. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
7. Spread a thin layer of [f] on top of [g].
8. Pile on top with [h] and top with the cooked ingredients.
9. Sprinkle some [i] and [j] on top then fold it.
10. Place inside the microwave up to 5 minutes, side by side with [k].
11. Served warm along with [l].

Addition : 
- You may use another brands of products.
- You may use beef instead of chicken.
- You may serve with thousand islands sauce.
- You may alter this menu as your wish.
